Tanjung Puting National Park area is covering for about 3000 square km. The place is low attitude swampy coastal terrain with punctuated by black water rivers. Is considered to be one of the easiest places in the world to see the Orangutan.
Basically you will be guided to touring the area on the river with a boat called “klotok”. You also can explore the jungle by tracking and again it is guided. You can sleep on the klotok boat or opt to sleep at the jungle lodging (additional cost).
The tour is designed to be as extra ordinary experience in the wild with safe overnight stay and the comfort of the guided klotok boat; that will be the mesmerizing part of the adventure (aside from the jungle attraction itself).
